  1. I think that people who teach others how to live are important. It sounds funny but they can motivate people.
I like to listening to their speeches form time to time but generally I don't attend coaching sessions.

  2. I have participated few coaching sessions during my job as insurance advisor. I have to admit that being on ‘live’ session is totally different then watching it at video. It was with different coach and some parts of his speech was boring, some even insult listeners for instance when he was talking about our outfit and what he would think if he was a customer. Few things were very interesting eye-openers. But in general nothing new, nothing discovery, nothing that I would like to pay for.

Speaking about Mateusz Grzesiak I really admire his brave. And at some point he has to really believe in words that he is saying. The best one for me was comparison to aquarium. From my personal experience I know that it is way better to hang out with people who are smarter, more successful and creative then with average ones. Very often I get bored with people, and I guess this is the reason.

  3. Well, I could write similar comment here as on the articles about motivation and self-improvement.

When it comes to self-acceptance and believing in yourself, I definately prefer psychologists to coaches. Basically, I have a scientific mind, so it's much more effective for me to know the mechanisms inside our brains than listen to empty words like "be yourself, believe in yourself".

  4. I have never attended any coaching sessions and I don’t really believe that such speech would change my life in any important way. Most of the things that those coaches say are obvious for me. I understand that for some people hearing those thoughts being spoken aloud might be helpful. If it is- good for them.
Karolina mentioned the aquarium analogy. I have a similar view about learning from other people. Speaking of which, I really like to attend the presentations where, for example, a successful businessman tells the story of his success – that is really motivating and usually has a great educational value.

Coaching for me it's something like lesson but that which bring much more to life than normal lesson.
Many people say that couching is a fake....And partly they have right. That's area of psychology don't teach us a lot of things, but it try to drawn from human abilities, emotions which were hidden.
Many of people watch to the others and are afraid to do something different than a group, although the inwardly want to. Then, that speaking of Mateusz Grzesiak in article or similar can motivate somebody to do something despite the ressistance of group. Great group of people like as is, but others don't like do sth against themselves just because others do.
In world when we have no time, and much problem with psyche, we should try to go to coach and try to change something.

I can recommend articles and movies from Mateusz Grzesiak site and youtube profile and other man blog:

  6. Thats good topic, and very interesting. In my opinion nowadays people imitate others. People can not be themselves because they wont to be someone else. Coaching shows some possibilities, learn to think outside the templates.
Most people have their idol, who shows them how to live, how to open business. Is it good? Is coaching can learn to be yourself? In my opinion, people find a new idol.

  7. What do you think about coaches?
Sports coaches? Useless people. Coaches like from HR - amazing people.I've heard a story about a Manchester United football team coach and how he was training his team throughout all these years. Good story.
Would you like to attend a coaching session?
I had previous training in holding a coaching session. Not easy.
Do you think that other people can change your life giving you some kind of instructions?
    No

  9. I think that people who teach us in being better in life or how to behave better in certain ocasions are very needed to us. 10. I agree that coaches tell you that what you want to hear, but do not we want it? I would never say that they just do nothing and make people pay them. People sometimes are lost inside and it is easier for them to hear from somebody what they do wrong and what they should do better to improve their lifes to be more motivated and to achieve higher levels in business life. I really like polish cauch Mateusz Grzesiak he is young but has got a huge knowledge about many topics and his point of view is really interesting and motivating.
I highly recommend his YouTube video "jak uczyć się języków obcych"
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78FpZVVEpk8
This short movie is motivating and you just admire the way he is taking and his personality.

  11. I'm pleasantly suprised by the Mateusz Grzesiak speech. I never heard about him, he appears to be reliable coach, so I'll go more deeply into his works. I really liked it. I'm curious how coaching session looks like in a reality. If I had opportunity to be there, I'll take it.
Sometimes it's good to hear someone new, even if we don't know that person. The people's experiences can be different, but thoughts and conclusions can be the same. I think I like the idea of coaching.
